Can the US lead the global electric vehicle market?
Cumulative global EV sales hit 1 million in late 2015. If current growth patterns persist, the next million should take less than two years and the implications for global energy markets are growing. But is the US keeping pace with this change, or are other countries overtaking it as they look to build new globally competitive industries?
