Kairat Kulbayev born June 2, 1972 in Atyrau region of the Republicof Kazakhstan. Born in a family of Rahimzhan Kulbaev, a mining engineer,and Nuken Kulbaeva, teacher. He married in 2000 and has two children.Kulbayev graduated from high school №29 in Almaty. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Businessin the specialty – «Management». Kairat Kulbayev worked as a music producer in the producer center «AMM-concert» from 1995 to 2002. Since February 1997 till April 1998 he worked as the director of radio station "Shahar" Since 2002 he worked as the director of «Almaty Concert», which was engaged in concert activities, organization of events and shows. Since 2003 he was the director of «HIT TV» TV channel. In 2004 he returned to «Almaty Concert», to the position of Director. In 2007 he founded the «GF Capital» company, which operates restaurants. From September 2009 to February 2015 he was the head of Almatycity Department of Culture. From February 2015 to September 2015 he was the Chairman of the Board of JSC «NC «SEC «Almaty». From November 2015 to the present time is the director of the Department of content and postuse of JSC «NC «EXPO 2017». In 2005-2006. He was one of the members of the jury and was theco-organizer of the third season SuperStar.kz project. From 1994 to the present day is the producer of «Duo L» band. He enjoys skiing, tennis and loves music.
